To begin enjoying the services provided by IKTH, there is a minimal Initial booking remuneration of 2990 INR plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). This acts as an entry or booking cost for IKTH services.

Participants and their parents/guardians are not entitled to any compensation or royalties for the use of such materials. Any negotiations or arrangements regarding the commercial use of a participant's images will be conducted separately, following the event, and will be mutually agreed upon between the concerned parties.
Collaborations and Assignments: India Kids Talent Hunt explicitly states that it provides no guarantee or assurance for future collaborations or modeling assignments beyond the brand model showcase event. Any opportunities for future collaborations or assignments are contingent upon the specific demands and agreements with relevant brands and third-party entities. The nature, scope, and terms of future collaborations are determined solely by the requirements and arrangements established by the respective brands, independent of India Kids Talent Hunt.
Changes to the Event: India Kids Talent Hunt reserves the unequivocal right to modify, postpone, or cancel the modeling event at any time, without prior notice, due to reasons beyond the organization's control. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible, and no refunds or compensation will be provided. The portfolio shoot service will be provided when the next scheduling of the batch in your city is ready, and you will be informed in advance.
Compliance with Rules: All participants and their parents/guardians are obligated to diligently adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by India Kids Talent Hunt. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification and potential legal action, as per the discretion of India Kids Talent Hunt.
Modification of Terms: India Kids Talent Hunt reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Participants and their parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the most current version, available in the terms and conditions section on the website.
Termination of Participation: India Kids Talent Hunt reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the shoot for a violation of the terms and conditions or any other unacceptable behavior, as determined by the organization. Event Schedule and Timeliness: Participants and their parents/guardians are expected to adhere to the event slot schedule and arrive 15 minutes prior to the designated time slot. Delays or non-compliance may result in disqualification without any refund.
Non-Disparagement: Participants and their parents/guardians agree not to make any public statements or engage in any actions that may disparage or harm the reputation of India Kids Talent Hunt.
Indemnification: Participants and their parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold India Kids Talent Hunt, its affiliates, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation or registration in the event.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, participants and their parents/guardians agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue before pursuing legal action.
Digital and Social Media: Participants and their parents/guardians consent to their images and names being used on India Kids Talent Hunt's official digital and social media channels for event promotion, gaining exposure from our audience.
Health and Medical Information: Participants and their parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, allergies, or medical information that may be relevant to the event. India Kids Talent Hunt will take reasonable steps to accommodate such needs.
Privacy Policy: At IKTH, safeguarding your privacy and protecting your personal information is of utmost importance to us. We diligently collect relevant information to enhance our services and tailor your experience to meet your preferences. Rest assured that the information you provide may be utilized for communication purposes, payment processing, and marketing initiatives. However, please note that we cannot be held accountable for the privacy practices employed by third-party websites. Kindly be aware that our Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect any necessary changes.
Service Policy: Upon participant registration, the service will typically be available within the following 90-120 days. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances leading to a postponement, the participant will be duly informed.
Refund Policy: Event: The refund amount will only be processed in the event of non-selection by India Kids Talent Hunt's selection team. In no other condition will the booking amount be refunded to the client or participant. The selection process is final and not subject to any dispute or appeal. Certain items or services may be deemed non-refundable. Please be aware that the company reserves the right to make discretionary decisions regarding refunds in extraordinary cases. Furthermore, our refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.
Registration by paying booking amount: Once the Parent/Participant gets registered with us by paying the necessary booking amount, cancellation of the registration will not be entertained, and no refund will be processed under any circumstances. The reason for this is that as you make the registration with us, the measurement forms for your child's designer costumes are released, and the order gets released from our end. Apart from that, the other slot advances for your child, such as celebrity studio slot, professional photographers, makeup artists, brand merchandise, necessary taxes, GST, and other service charges, are automatically released from our finance team, resulting in no refund. In certain emergency cases, the team will request the participant for any emergency reports, and if the team feels it is genuine, then the refund will be processed after deducting the necessary charges and taxes within the next 45 days.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By registering with us and making the slot booking amount fee payment, the participant and their parent/guardian unequivocally acknowledge and accept that these terms and conditions are the most important and binding terms governing participation in India Kids Talent Hunt. The client is legally bound to abide by all stipulations outlined herein. By registering and participating in the Brand Model Showcase event, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and unequivocally agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Non-compliance with any of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, expulsion from the event, and potential legal action. It is strongly recommended that participants and their parents/guardians carefully review and understand these terms
