Eligibility: Participation in India Kids Talent Hunt is strictly limited to children between the ages of 2 months and 18 years. This eligibility criterion must be adhered to by all participants wishing to register for the event. Parents or legal guardians must provide documented consent, as well as valid ID proof, which may be required during the registration process. This information is essential for verification and security purposes.
Registration and Participation: All participants must complete the registration process via India Kids Talent Hunt’s official payment platform, available exclusively on the official website. Registration does not guarantee a spot in the event, as participation is contingent on event capacity, selection criteria, and other organizational considerations. The selection process will be conducted based on the parameters set by IKTH, including but not limited to talent, availability, and alignment with the event’s overall objectives. IKTH reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without providing a specific reason.
Behavior and Conduct: IKTH is dedicated to maintaining a professional, respectful, and positive environment for all participants, parents/guardians, and staff. All participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, and parents/guardians must ensure that their behavior reflects the same standard. Any form of disruptive behavior, including but not limited to physical altercations, verbal abuse, or disregard for event rules, will not be tolerated. In the event of misconduct, IKTH reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation.
Safety and Liability: The safety and well-being of participants are a top priority for IKTH. However, participation in the event is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. IKTH, its affiliates, sponsors, and staff are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages—monetary or otherwise—that may occur during the event. Parents/guardians are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of their children throughout the event. In the unfortunate event of an injury or accident, IKTH will offer reasonable assistance but cannot be held financially or legally responsible for the outcome.
Media Release: By registering for and participating in IKTH events, parents/guardians consent to the use of photographs, videos, and media featuring their child for promotional purposes. These materials may be used across various platforms, including but not limited to print, online, social media, and broadcast media. The rights granted to IKTH are irrevocable, exclusive, and global, and participants/parents/guardians will not be entitled to any compensation or royalties from the use of these materials. If commercial opportunities arise from the participant’s involvement, separate agreements will be negotiated directly between the concerned parties following the event.
Collaborations and Assignments: Participation in IKTH events does not guarantee or imply any future collaborations or modeling assignments. While the event may serve as a showcase for talent, any further opportunities will be contingent on the specific demands of brands, agencies, and third-party entities that may have witnessed or engaged with the event. IKTH does not make any representations regarding future employment, modeling contracts, or endorsements. These arrangements, if they materialize, are negotiated independently of IKTH and are at the sole discretion of the respective brands.
Changes to the Event: IKTH reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or unforeseen logistical issues. In such cases, IKTH will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible. No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of such changes. However, IKTH will endeavor to reschedule the event at a later date, and participants will be accommodated in the next available batch in their city.
Compliance with Rules: All participants and their parents/guardians are expected to fully comply with the rules and regulations established by IKTH. These rules are designed to ensure the smooth operation of the event and the safety and satisfaction of all attendees. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and, in severe cases, legal action. IKTH retains the right to determine the appropriate course of action in cases of rule violations.
Modification of Terms: IKTH reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website, and it is the responsibility of participants and their parents/guardians to review these terms regularly. Continued participation in the event implies acceptance of the most current version of the terms and conditions.
Termination of Participation: IKTH retains the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the event at its discretion. Grounds for termination may include but are not limited to violation of the terms and conditions, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with the event’s schedule. In cases of termination, no refunds will be provided.
Event Schedule and Timeliness:All participants are expected to adhere strictly to the event schedule, arriving 15 minutes before their designated time slot. Punctuality is critical to the smooth running of the event. Participants who arrive late or fail to comply with the schedule may be disqualified, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
Non-Disparagement: Participants and their parents/guardians agree to refrain from making any public statements or engaging in actions that could harm the reputation of IKTH. This includes refraining from posting negative comments on social media or engaging in other forms of disparagement. IKTH takes its reputation seriously and reserves the right to take legal action in cases of defamation or disparagement.
Indemnification: By registering for and participating in the event, participants and their parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless IKTH, its affiliates, staff, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event. This indemnification includes any legal costs associated with defending against such claims.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between participants and IKTH, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to arbitration as the preferred method of dispute resolution before pursuing any legal action in court.
Digital and Social Media: By participating in the event, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of their names and images on IKTH’s digital and social media channels. IKTH may use these materials for promotional purposes, which include but are not limited to posts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms. This exposure is intended to showcase the participant’s talent to a broader audience.
Health and Medical Information: Parents/guardians are responsible for informing IKTH about any medical conditions, allergies, or health issues that may affect their child’s participation in the event. IKTH will take reasonable steps to accommodate such needs but cannot guarantee any specific medical provisions. It is advised that parents/guardians take necessary precautions, such as carrying medication or providing emergency contact information, to ensure their child’s safety during the event.
